Bosch opens new semiconductor test center for chips and sensors in Malaysia

All in all, Bosch spent more than 12 billion euros in 2022 on securing its future: Owing to numerous projects, expenditure on research and development at the supplier of technology and services rose to 7.2 billion euros (from 6.1 billion euros in 2021), or 8.2 % of sales (7.8 % in 2021). Capital expenditure also increased by 1 billion euros to 4.9 billion euros. The equity ratio rose slightly to 46.6 % (2021: 45.3 %).
