The EIRE600 delivers its full 600W output with either forced-air or conduction cooling. Where fan-less operation is preferred, it can provide up to 450W using natural convection at 115 VAC. For applications with short-duration higher power requirements, up to 750W is available for three seconds.
Vox Power’s EIRE600 delivers up to 600 W in a compact 5 × 3-inch package, with forced-air or conduction cooling options for industrial and medical equipment.

These cooling options allow the EIRE600 to be integrated into a wide range of equipment. System airflow can be used where it is already available, while conduction cooling allows heat to be transferred directly into the equipment chassis or a cooling plate. Natural-convection operation is also available for applications where acoustic noise, maintenance or ingress protection are important considerations.
With efficiency of up to 96%, the EIRE600 minimises power losses and reduces the amount of heat that needs to be managed within the end system.
The EIRE600 is designed for both industrial and medical applications and provide 2 MOPP isolation, BF-rated output and support for both Class I and Class II installations. The platform operates from a universal 85–264VAC input and is designed for operation at altitudes up to 5,000 m and ambient temperatures up to +85°C with appropriate derating.
Four standard output voltages of 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V are available. A 5V/2A bias supply and 12V auxiliary fan output are provided, together with remote sense, AC_OK and inhibit functions for system control and monitoring. With the main output inhibited, standby power consumption is approximately 200mW, helping reduce energy use when the equipment is idle. Class B conducted and radiated emissions performance further simplifies integration into medical, laboratory, diagnostic, industrial and other equipment requiring high power density in a compact package.
