Gustavo Greca is a global leader in power electronics with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, strategy, and new business development across the automotive and electronics industries. He combines deep technical expertise in electronic packaging and materials with a strong commercial mindset, enabling the development of high-value solutions for next-generation applications. Gustavo holds a master’s degree in semiconductor manufacturing and reliability from Bordeaux University / IMS Lab in France, as well as an electrical engineering degree from Paraná State Federal University in Brazil.



Throughout his career, Gustavo has played a key role in some of the most iconic electric and hybrid vehicle platforms His work has focused on advancing power electronics packaging, enabling higher efficiency, reliability, and performance in demanding automotive environments.



In his current role, Gustavo leads the global Power Electronics business at MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, where he defines strategic direction, drives market expansion, and supports customers in addressing critical challenges such as thermal management, electrification, and system reliability. His leadership spans cross-functional teams and global markets, consistently translating complex technologies into scalable business growth."
