These include:

  • Parameter-Tester:
    These systems measure electrical parameters in detail and provide comprehensive data for verifying limit values, optimizing manufacturing processes, and documenting quality.

  • Dynamic-Testers:
    Dynamic tests, such as the double-pulse test (RBSOA) and/or short-circuit tests (SCSOA), are used to evaluate the performance and durability of IGBT modules (Si, SiC, GaN)—which are essential for applications in power electronics. These tests can be performed at room temperature and/or at maximum temperature.

  • Custom Test Systems:
    Tailored solutions that cover specialized test procedures such as HTRB (High Temperature Reverse Bias), HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life), ZTH (Zero Temperature Humidity), and thermal cycling. These tests ensure that components function reliably even under extreme conditions.
