Reliability Beyond the Datasheet

Component specifications are typically measured under defined test conditions, often at 25°C. Yet few electronic systems operate under such ideal circumstances throughout their lifetime.

Whether in automotive, industrial, or power electronics applications, semiconductor components are routinely exposed to elevated temperatures, thermal cycling, and years of continuous operation.
