High-temperature MLCCs not only for electric vehicles!
In aviation, key modules are placed near the engine. Electric vehicles require high energy density for power electronics in inverters, motor controls, and charging circuits, which are also associated with high temperatures. These temperatures often reach +200°C and can be managed with the HiT200 series. For extremely high temperatures, such as those observed at wellheads in the oil and gas industry, the HiT250 series capacitors have been developed to withstand +250°C.
Discover the Hiteca series from Knowles for your high-temperature applications. Thanks to the unique and patented dielectric system, these MLCCs can achieve 0% capacitance aging per decade and a capacitance reduction of ≤ 45% at full rated voltage.
