ROLINX Flex is a flexible busbar with pure copper laminates within protective PVC insulations. This product is available in standard and customized lengths and offers flexible configurations. ROLINX Flex is ideal for parts that vibrate or experience thermal expansion. ROLINX Flex is great for use in battery module connections for EV/PHEV, electrical machinery and UPS systems, drive systems and power supplies.

• Offers flexible configuration with or without rigid parts
• Tin plated or bare copper lamellas
• Highly flame retardant insulation VW-1 UL 1581
• Carries voltage up to 1kV AC/ 1.5 kV DC
• Temperature range of -40°C to +105°C; special insulation available for up to 125 °C
