KOA's TLRZ-series metal plate zero-ohm jumpers allow high currents in small sizes (0402=10A, 0603=26A, 0805=31.6A, 1206=50A) compared with standard thick film jumpers.

These low-profile jumpers are ideal for replacing thick film devices in existing designs where these parts are struggling with current capacity, or on redesigns where space is at a premium (TLRZ 0402 allows higher current rating than a 2512 thick film jumper).

These devices are also useful in ‘versioned’ circuits where some functionality is omitted on certain versions, but where the same PCB is used for all variants. In this case the jumper can be used to connect the wider functionality circuit blocks.

These jumpers are ideal for automotive, industrial and all other high current applications, reducing PCB space, or retrofitting existing low current jumpers when needed.

The TLRZ-jumpers are AEC-Q200 tested and also suitable for high reliability automotive applications.
