With the continuous development of technology, drones have become important players in many fields. These robots can fly and stay autonomously in the air for a long time, and can perform various professional tasks such as promotional videography, search and rescue, transportation and sprinkling or are simply used for fun. Drones usually consists of multiple electronic modules, each with a different function and role.

The motor control module is one of the most important modules in any drone as it controls the flight direction and stability of the drone. In the motor control module, MOSFETs are used to control the motor speed, thereby controlling the flight direction and stability of the drone.
