Precision Surge Protection for Advanced Automotive Ambient Lighting with Diotec's TPSMF4L33A-AQ

Modern automotive ambient lighting offers more than just an on/off feature when entering or exiting the vehicle. New solutions range from cockpit illumination to human-centric lighting, which can provide warnings, communicate information, and interact with drivers and passengers. With LED lighting in variable RGB colors, you can create almost any kind of atmosphere. The TPSMF4L33A-AQ by Diotec Semiconductor is a 400 W surge protector in a small SMF/SOD-123FL case. It is fully qualified according to the automotive standard AEC-Q101. With reverse leakage staying well below 1 µA and a clamping voltage of less than 53.3 V, it safely protects any kind of driver circuit for RGB interior light LEDs.
