Diotec's N-Channel Power MOSFET DI280N10TL addresses exactly that request. It offers a typical on-state resistance of 1.6 mΩ only comes in the just 2 g light HSOF-8/TOLL package. With nominal 280 A and 100 V, it is a perfect solution for high-performance battery-powered applications, where the highest efficiency is required. Each six of these power transistors drives the brushless DC motor of every single rotor, which at four rotors results in just 48 g of total MOSFET weight.
