The new DI200N10D2 MOSFET by Diotec Semiconductor is a 200 A / 100 V N-channel Power MOSFET offering enhanced synchronous rectification performance. It features an increased power density by an Rds(on) being about 10% lower compared to existing industry standards. This very low Rds(on) of typically 1.9 mOhm allows the operate the part at peak Drain currents of up to 950 A. The total power loss of the synchronous rectifier can be reduced to a minimum.
