3Phase 1200V/340-550A Silicon Carbide Inverter Control Module

The CXT-ICM3SA series 3-phase 1200V/340A Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET Inverter Control Modules (IPMs) integrate the power switches, gate driver board based on the CISSOID HADES2 chipset, and the control board. The control board is based on Intel® Automotive's Adaptive Control Unit T222 and supports the accompanying Adaptive Control App - T222 Inverter software.

The 3-Phase 1200V/340-550A SiC Inverter Control Module (ICM) offers optimal mechanical and electrical integration of the 3-phase SiC Intelligent Power Module (IPM) from CISSOID with the Adaptive Control Unit T222 based inverter control board and Adaptive Control APP - T222 INVERTER application software by Intel® Automotive. This unique integration of a compact low losses SiC IPM with an ultra-fast, low power consumption, and critically safe real-time controller is setting new levels in terms of power density and efficiency. Integrated hardware and the application software support rapid development of SiC inverters for compact and efficient motor drives in E-Mobility applications. The platform is supplied with highly configurable control application software supporting various types of electric motors and position sensors.

The T222 processor and software are ISO26262 ASIL-D certified. The entire Inverter Control Module is ASIL-C Ready certified.
